Oculus names and prices 30-strong launch line-up

30 games will launch alongside the Oculus Rift later this month.

Perhaps the biggest surprise are the prices, many of which are cheaper than you might have expected for titles that you’d think took some pretty hefty development to get up to scratch.

At the pricier end there’s Elite Dangerous and EVE Valkyrie at $59.99 each. There are also three titles at $49.99 – Chronos, The Climb and Project Cars. It’s the first time a VR version of that game has been confirmed, by the way. The same goes for the as-of-yet unpriced The Vanishing of Ethan Carter.

However, promising titles such as space adventure Adift will cost just $19.99.

Each title also has a ‘comfort’ rating, with more intense titles judged as being more likely to induce motion sickness.

Here’s the full list, courtesy of Eurogamer. Polygon calculates the average launch price to be $21.65.
