PlayStation All Stars: Battle Royale coming to Vita

Sony revealed today that PlayStation All Stars: Battle Royale, which was earlier announced for PS3, is also headed to the PlayStation Vita.

The brawler will feature PS3-Vita Cross Play support, including offline and online cross-platform multiplayer. The Vita version will also include features specific to the handheld, such as Near functionality and the use of both the touchscreen and rear touchpad.

Sony also unveiled two new characters from PlayStation All Stars – Uncharted series protagonist Nathan Drake and the iconic Big Daddy from the Bioshock series.

PlayStation All Stars: Battle Royale is set for release around the holiday season for PS3 and Vita. Here’s the game’s E3 trailer.
