2010 Review July-Sep

As ‘Antennagate’ rumbled on Apple responded with one of the most astonishing press releases ever released – not that any of it stopped the iPhone 4 outselling Microsoft’s Kin by what can only be described as a gargantuan amount.

Developer Tim Schafer laid into Bobby Kotick and Microsoft finally confirmed a not unsubstantial 130 RRP for the freshly re-branded Kinect.

Meanwhile, The Daily Star took the art of games misreporting to a whole new level with its GTA: Rothbury ‘scoop’. More bad news came from games retailer CHIPS while EA started getting hot under the collar about its inclusion of the Taliban in Medal of Honor.

For good measure you can chuck in Gazza, David Cameron and Jedward too.
