Crysis 2 will definitely launch by the end of the year – and will be in stores by the autumn.
That’s according to an EA trade press ad featured in this week’s MCV that proudly proclaims the Autumn 2010 release of Crytek’s ambitious console and PC shooter.
The game was previously assumed to be due by the end of this year but EA, which is handling the release under its EA Partners label, had not committed to a more exact timing.
Now it’s clear it will be out during the busy Q3/Q4 selling season.
Crysis 2 is a sequel to the cutting-edge PC title, and boasts a New York setting and advanced AI features.
