EA signs 300 director Zack Snyder

Not content with having Hollywood and global gaming legend

, publisher EA has now signed a deal to work with acclaimed director Zack Snyder.

Variety reports that Snyder has signed a three game deal with EA. The publisher is understood to be retaining full ownership of any properties Snyder develops for it. The agreement is still said to be at the preliminary stage, with the first game of the deal yet to be agreed upon.

Snyder is the man behind successful movies such as comic-based Roman romp 300, 2004 Romero zombie remake Dawn of the Dead and the upcoming Warner Bros flick Watchman.
