Microsoft says it might have to move autumn 2015 titles due to abundance of content

Xbox boss Phil Spencer has said that Microsoft might have to reassess its Xbox One release schedule for next year as it has more content than it knows what to do with.

"Looking at production schedules and how things are lining up, next fall is just crazy,” Spencer said on the Major Nelson podcast, as reported by Videogamer.

"I mean, this fall from a 1st-party/3rd-party standpoint is great. Next fall, honestly it’s not hype at all – I honestly don’t know that we can actually ship all the stuff that thinks it’s trying to ship next fall.

It just might be too crowded and we might purposely try to move some things out to spread it. You have to [give them some breathing room], you have to do that."

The only titles confirmed for the window so far are Halo 5: Guardians and timed exclusive Rise of the Tomb Raider. Quantum Break and Crackdown 3 are also possibilities.
