The second instalment in Dontnod’s Life Is Strange series has been delayed.
Destructoid reports that Square Enix has confirmed the delay but not commented on when the game will now likely arrive.
The first episode was released on January 30th and the developer had previously said it planned to release another every six weeks. That would have meant a release around March 13th.
The developer has previously said that Square Enix was the only company that would agree to publish Dontnod Entertainment’s latest title with its female lead character unchanged.
"Square is basically the only publisher who didn’t want to change a single thing about the game," creative director Jean-Maxime Moris said. "We had other publishers telling us to make it a male lead character, and Square didn’t even question that once."
UPDATE: Epsiode 2 is still due out by the end of the month, apparently.
There have been rumours of Ep2 delay but development is on track and we're looking to release it before the end of March.
