Left 4 Dead picks up four awards, while Bethesdaâ??s Fallout 3 takes Best Console Game

Valve dominates ELAN Awards

Valve’s Left 4 Dead was the name repeated over at the third annual ELAN Awards, with the co-op survival-horror hybrid picking up four prizes.

Taking place at the Fairmont Hotel in Vancouver, the ceremony saw Valve pick up awards for Video Game of the Year, Best PC Game, Best Game Design, and Outstanding Technical Innovation.

Bethesda’s Fallout 3, meanwhile, received two of the awards for Art Direction and Best Console Game.

Best Sound in a Video Game Production – Gears of War 2 (Epic/Microsoft, 360)
