VideoGamer parent Pro-G acquired by Swedish firm IBIBI HB

Pro-G Media – the publisher and owner of – has been acquired by Swedish company IBIBI HB.

As part of the deal, the firm has formed a new technology-focused games network called Candy Banana. The network of websites will include, Planet Destiny, The Sims Resource, Game Debate, VideoGamer Portugal and Sportra.

The company says the Candy Banana websites reach a combined audience of 7m unique users and 116m page impressions.
