Xbox Entertainment Studios has officially closed

Microsoft has confirmed the closure of Xbox Entertainment Studios as it lets go of the division’s last two employees.

XES bosses Nancy Tellem and Jordan Levin have been let go in the latest round of job cuts at Microsoft, according toGames Industry, meaning the studio is officially closed.

Xbox Entertainment Studios was dedicated to original programming for Microsoft platforms, such as the upcoming series Halo: Nightfall.
