Quantum Break confirmed for PC

Remedy’s Quantum Break has been confirmed for PC, with a release date that coincides with the Xbox One version on April 5th.

Also confirmed is a Quantum Break Xbox One bundle including a 500GB white version of the console. This will retail for $349 in the US. Also in the box will be codes to download both Quantum Break and Xbox 360 title Alan Wake. Some retail pre-orders will also net a copy of Alan Wake’s American Nightmare.

The bundle will be released in the US on March 29th, with owners able to pre-load Remedy’s new title so it’s ready for release day.

Furthermore, those who pre-order the game digitally for Xbox will also get a free digital copy of the game on PC. Saves will be compatible acorss both versions.

Quantum Break was originally due out in 2015, but was one of many releases previously scheduled for last year to be shunted into 2016.

The game itself is an unusual blend of playable gameplay and live-action TV show, both of which are included on the game disc. Stars include Aidan Gillen, Dominic Monaghan and Lance Reddick.
