Razer hits Xbox via Realtime

Popular PC peripherals firm Razer is launching its first console products in the UK.

The firm has signed a deal with distributor Realtime, which will launch the new pro gaming Xbox 360 controller – Razer Onza – at retail. The Onza has an RRP of 49.99.

Yes this is their first foray into the world of consoles, however, the unique features of this controller demonstrate Razer’s insight into the minds of competitive gamers,” said Realtime’s purchasing director Julie Darrington.

We expect this to be a very successful product because of its unique features and price point. We expect this to be on the Christmas lists of many of the three million UK Xbox gamers.”

Realtime will also distribute Razer’s officially licensed StarCraft II PC products, which includes a Banshee headset, Marauder keyboard and Spectre mouse. These are all designed to provide PC gamers with customisable macro capabilities and a more immersive experience.
