Report: Xbox One NFL deal worth $400m

Microsoft’s deal to provide NFL games for Xbox One users is an agreement with the organization reportedly worth $400m over five years.

VG247 passes along an AP report stating that the American football league will be featured via the hardware through at least 2018, when the current contract expires.

NFL on Xbox One will allow users to watch games, view stats, get real-time highlights and chat with Skype friends during contests.

The deal will also allow Xbox One users to watch on smartphones and tablets (by 2014), through Microsoft’s SmartGlass app.
