Future closes World of Warcraft magazine

Having managed just five issues, Future has called time on its officially licensed World of Warcraft magazine.

Subscribers are free to either claim a refund for the issues that will now never be published or instead claim a voucher entitling them to six in-game World of Warcraft pets.

Current Activision blogger Dan Amrich formerly served as editor-in-chief for the magazine, though left before the first issue hit stands. He has previously written about the struggles he had working with Blizzard.

Subscribers should have a received a code via email that will let them claim their refund.
