Microsoft, Airtel tie up for Xbox 360-broadband Internet offer

Console maker Microsoft and broadband and telecom major Airtel today announced a partnership to provide Xbox 360 owners offers on Airtel broadband subscriptions.

Xbox 360 4 GB Kinect bundle buyers who purchase or upgrade to an Airtel broadband connection will receive ten free Xbox 360 games, free 12-month Xbox LIVE gold membership, and up to Rs 4,888 off on the existing or new Airtel broadband connection, amounting to total savings of around Rs 15,000.

Consumers can now enjoy a smooth Xbox LIVE entertainment experience, which includes the best multiplayer action that Xbox is so well known for on an Airtel broadband. It’s the perfect fit for Xbox users in India, providing them with round-the-clock entertainment with a fantastic, uninterrupted and exciting gaming action/entertainment experience for family and friends,” said Anshu Mor, head of Microsoft India’s Interactive Entertainment Business.

The offer is available to consumers in the Delhi-NCR region, Bangalore, Chennai, and Mumbai and is valid until 30th June, 2013.
