RiftAnalyst gives League of Legends players the chance to analyse replays of their games

Fluendo, a developer of video analysis software for the sports industry, has launched RiftAnalyst, a video analysis software designed to help League of Legends players review their matches.

The new platform is available for free at a basic level, or in a premium version that will set you back €3.99 per month. Players must record their matches using software such as OBS, then upload it to RiftAnalyst where it will be synced with data from the LoL client and combined to create the analysis video. From there players can review the match, annotate the video, and further analyse their performance.

Mercè Delgado, CEO of Fluendo, commented: “We’re so excited to be launching RiftAnalyst. Although esports are following traditional sports in their professionalism, there are no video analysis tools currently available. This new app will take LoL gameplay to the next level by analysing objective and subjective features, and providing users access to ranked and unranked match data directly from Riot. We have created a platform, using our experience working with football, rugby, hockey and other sports teams, that will seriously improve a players’ ability, while providing assistance to those who coach or analyse gameplay.”
