Square Enix had announced plans to discuss the future” of Final Fantasy at its pre-E3 event next Monday.
The publisher will host a Q&A with senior vice president Sinji Hashimoto as part of the proceedings.
The executive told Destructoid in February that the company was working on a next generation Final Fantasy title, so an official announcement might be in store.
Square Enix’s press event takes place June 11th at 9 am pacific. The firm plans on streaming the event as well as many of its show floor festivities during next week’s expo in Los Angeles.
