Steam Greenlights first batch of titles

Valve has announced the initial selections of its Steam Greenlight program.

Sensibly, the first ten titles picked for the digital distribution service also were the occupiers of the top ten spots on the Greenlight charts.

From the list:

  • Black Mesa
  • Cry of Fear
  • Dream
  • Heroes & Generals
  • Kenshi
  • McPixel
  • No More Room in Hell
  • Project Zomboid
  • Routine
  • Towns

The games are to arrive on Steam at various points over the next couple of months depending on their development state.

"The Steam community rallied around these titles and made them the clear choice for the first set of titles to launch out of Greenlight," said Valve’s Anna Sweet in the announcement. "Since launch, hundreds of titles have been submitted, with more coming in every day. We expect to be announcing more titles coming to Steam via Greenlight soon."
