Dota 2 organisation Team NP has announced that its second sponsor is online betting site GG.Bet.
GG.Bet has sponsored the team and will receive branding across many areas of the NP organisation. NP fans can also take advantage of the new sponsorship when using GG.Bet by typing in the promo code SUPPORTNP when singing up to the site to receive a $20 deposit bonus and automatic entry into a giveaway for a Dragonclaw Hook and a Dark Artistry set. After forming in the post TI shuffle Team NP has quickly established itself as one of the best North American teams, featuring former TI winner Kurtis “Aui_2000” Ling and Shanghai major winner Jacky “EternaLEnvy” Mao. They have won multiple American qualifiers, booking slots at The Summit 6, ESL One Genting and The Boston Major.
The team’s first sponsor was FYM Hot Sauce. The owner of the company made a post on Reddit looking for sponsorship opportunities and found NP, becoming the first hot sauce sponsor in Dota 2. The move has so far worked out well for the company, with the FYM name know being known by most Dota fans and even getting coverage on sites such as Slingshot eSports.
