The Elder Scrolls Anthology coming to India; priced Rs 3,999

A collection of all five main Elder Scrolls games will be released as the Elder Scrolls Anthology next week, and will be sold in India for Rs 3,999.

The premium box set includes Arena, Daggerfall, Morrowind, Oblivion, and Skyrim, including all the official add-ons for Morrowind, Oblivion, and Skyrim that have been released so far.

The Anthology will also include five physical maps detailing the locales of Tamriel, Iliac Bay, Morrowind, Cyrodiil and Skyrim.

Arena and Daggerfall will run through DosBox which will be installed as you install both games to help them run on modern-day PCs.

Morrowind and Oblivion will both be Game of the Year Editions. However, they will be based on the retail GOTY editions, so while they won’t require Steam activation, it also means that Oblivion won’t include smaller add-ons like Horse Armor, Fighter’s Stronghold, Mehrunes’ Razor, etc.

However, the set will also include Steam codes for both Morrowind GOTY and Oblivion GOTY Deluxe, so you can get all those extra add-ons after all. They just won’t be compatible with the disc versions.

Skyrim will be the Legendary Edition and will require Steam activation.

Naturally, The Elder Scrolls Anthology is a PC-only collection, and fans can rest assured about the quality of the packaging as this will be a full import. So it will look exactly like the below image.

The Elder Scrolls Anthology will release on 13th September, but we’re told it is in very limited supply, so make sure you contact your preferred retailer to book yourself a copy.
