Cathy Campos is one of the games industry’s most experienced PR professionals and has worked in the games industry for over 20 years.
Fifteen years ago, Campos founded Panache PR and has since worked with many of the industry’s top developers and publishers, including Lionhead Studios, Media Molecule, Microsoft and EA.
Always remaining at the forefront of developments in the market, over the past two years Campos’ clients and contact base has expanded to encompass mobile, social and free-to-play games.
Recent accolades awarded to Campos include PR Week’s Campaign of the Week for Replay: The History of Video Games. Panache was similarly a finalist in the GameConnection Awards for Best Mobile PR Campaign.
Asked what has inspired such a long career in the games industry, Campos said that she still loves working in the games industry and never ceases to be amazed at its creativity.
She added that she is also delighted to see the number of women working in our industry grow year-on-year.
