Turtle Beach announces Wii U, 3DS and Black Ops II peripherals

Gaming audio peripherals specialists Turtle Beach has revealed an array of licensed products at E3 and also unveiled its fall line-up of headsets.

In its continuing partnership with Activision, Turtle Beach has worked with developer Treyarch to develop a line of headsets specifically for Call of Duty: Black Ops II. The Ear Force line-up for Black Ops II is comprised of five products of varying features, catering to both casual and serious competitive gamers – Ear Force Tango, Ear Force Sierra, Ear Force X-Ray, Ear Force Kilo and Ear Force.

Turtle Beach is also working closely with Nintendo to develop a series of headests with chat functionality. These headsets will be compatible with the upcoming Wii U as well as Nintendo’s handheld devices – 3DS and DS.

The company also debuted it range of exclusive pro circuit headsets in collaboration with Major League Gaming (MLG). Part of the SEVEN series, the MLG range includes the Ear Force XP7 and Z7 programmable surround sound headsets for console and PC, and the Ear Force TM1 tournament audio mixer.

Besides the above, Turtle Beach also unveiled the Ear Force M7 headset for mobile gaming, the Ear Force ZLa PC gaming headset, and the Ear Force PLa & XLa headsets for PS3/PC/Mac and Xbox 360 respectively.
