Uncharted 3 multiplayer downloads increase as new DLC revealed

Uncharted 3’s multiplayer client has been downloaded 350k times since Sony flipped the free-to-play switch.

Naughty Dog announced the figure in a Playstation US blog post that also revealed new multiplayer DLC will arrive for Drake’s Deception each month through June.

The paid content offerings start today, with the ‘Oddball’ avatar items – basically a bunch of hats, as Naughty Dog looks to go the Team Fortress 2 route for the title.

Sony and Naughty Dog brought the free client to Playstation 3 owners late last month. Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception itself originally released in November 2011.
