They take with one hand, and give with the other... The Daily Mail has now done a bit of a U-turn on its anti-Modern Warfare 2 stance.
Old news, of course - we've pointed out the massive retail hype for the new Call of Duty numerous times before.
"Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is set to become the fastest selling videogame of all time, according to industry experts," the newspaper says.
"More than 2.4million pre-orders have been placed in the U.S for the battle game from Activision Blizzard Inc - the highest in the publisher's history."
It's far cry from trying to spark outrage this weekend over a level where players are asked to pose as a terrorist.
The Daily Mail also goes on to refer to the game as role-playing title - but, hey, you can't have everything.
