Publisher Bethesda has confirmed that its upcoming first person RPG Fallout: New Vegas will be released on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC this autumn.
Developed by Obsidian – the studio behind the likes of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic and Neverwinter Nights 2 – New Vegas is best described as a side-story to worldwide hit Fallout 3.
Fallout: New Vegas brings this beloved franchise to a location only Fallout could do justice: Vegas,” a press release explains. The game takes all the action, humour, and post-apocalyptic grime and grit of this legendary series, and raises the stakes.”
