Far Cry 2 creative director leaves Valve

Industry veteran Clint Hocking is no longer working at Valve, according to the man’s LinkedIn page.

Game Informer points to the former Splinter Cell and Far Cry 2 director’s recently updated profile, which reveals he has departed from his designer post at the firm.

Hocking had previously worked for Ubisoft for nearly a decade, leaving in 2010 for a new director role at LucasArts – where he worked until joining Valve in 2012.

It was never made clear what projects Hocking had worked on with the Seattle-based company, and it’s still unknown where he may land next.
