FIFA 14 Ultimate Team Legends exclusive to Xbox One, Xbox 360

Microsoft revealed the promised Xbox-exclusive FIFA Ultimate Team content at its Gamescom press conference today – Ultimate Team Legends.

However, contrary to what EA’s Andrew Wilson said at the Xbox One reveal in May, this exclusive content is headed to Xbox One and Xbox 360.

FIFA Ultimate Team Legends features a selection of football’s greats, including Pele and Dennis Bergkamp, whom players will be include alongside present-day starts such as Messi and Ronaldo.

More details courtesy the Xbox Wire:

Each Legend will have their own distinct look, unique attributes, and custom biography, and will be randomly included in Gold Packs in FIFA 14 Ultimate Team on Xbox One and Xbox 360. Fans will be able to acquire Legends in packs or through the Transfer Market, and then compete with their squads in special tournaments that showcase the skills and flair that made each of these players legendary. Each legend will be available in packs for a limited time and at different times throughout the season.”

Microsoft has also announced that all Xbox One preorders in Europe will be eligible to receive a free digital copy of FIFA 14. This news is of little relevance to Indian gamers, however, as unlike Sony PlayStation, where India falls under the European region, we fall under the Asia Pacific for Xbox. Further, India is only getting the Xbox One late next year.
