Final Fantasy XIII trilogy coming to PC

The Final Fantasy XIII trilogy will launch for Windows PC on Steam starting later this year, Square Enix has announced.

Final Fantasy XII – the first in the trilogy of titles – is now available to pre-order on Steam for a 10 per cent discount. The version will contain a collectible set of Steam Trading Cards as well.

The FFXIII port launches on October 9th, while the ladder two games – Final Fantasy XIII-2 and Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII – are expected out on the platform by spring of next year.

The aforementioned titles have thus far combined to ship 11m units on PS3 and Xbox 360 consoles.
