In this week's issue, we unveil the results of our annual Salary Survey.
This year over 1,000 people took part – including more than 650 from the UK – making it our most successful salary survey yet.
The survey shows that UK games workers earn an average of 29.000 across all markets, which is the same number as last year. It points out a rise in the number of independent businesses.
We also talk to King's SVP of Candy CrushTjodolf Sommestad, following the announcement last November that Activision Blizzard is to acquire the mobile company.
Meanwhile, the creator of Thomas Was Alone and Volume, Mike Bithell, discusses the next chapter of his life.
And we have spoken to top recruitment firms and people from around the industry to get the best advice about finding new work.
