GAME plans 300 midnight openings for Destiny, main event at Stratford

Around 300 GAME stores will be opening their doors at midnight on Monday night (September 8th) for the midnight launch of Bungie’s shooter Destiny.

GAME’s main event takes place at its Westfield store in Stratford where goodie bags will be given out to attendees and there will be a chance to win PS4 consoles, PS+ subscriptions, DLC and assorted other paraphernalia.

Stratford’s event kicks off at 6pm, and the prize draw is limited to the first 200 people.

Activision itself is also holding a launch event at London’s OXO Tower, at which a number of celebrities will be squaring off against one another in multiplayer matches.
