Games The Shop reveals bestsellers of Q1 2012-13

Specialist retailer Games the Shop has revealed its bestselling games for the first quarter of 2012-13 (April to June 2012).

While the retailer didn’t release a consolidated list of top sellers, it did reveal the top ten sellers for five platforms – PC, Xbox 360, PS3, PSP and PS2.

Max Payne 3 was the star performer across Games the Shop’s ten outlets; it was the top seller on the PC and PS3, losing out only to Kinect Sports Season 2 on Xbox 360.

Grand Theft Auto is still going strong, with GTA IV coming in second on the PC top ten and older titles from the series peppered all over the other platform charts.
