Got an idea for a VR/AR innovation? Pitch it at Toy Inventors Workshop

Think you’ve got a great idea for a tech toy, gadget or application? We are looking for inventors to pitch their creations at Toy Inventors Workshop, taking place at Whittlebury Hall on September 20th 2016.

The Workshop will bring together leading inventors, distributors and retailers to discover new ideas and make new connections in this innovative industry. This year we are looking for the next big innovation in VR/AR and MR – and you may have already thought of it.

We are taking pitches for any ‘Tech’ enabled device that enhance a toy and game experience. This may involve LED or motor innovations, or VR headsets that create a totally new game or play experience.

These may include:

• Smart device enabled applications
• VR/AR/MR
• Sensory tech and associated applications
• NFC innovations / applications
• Holographic innovations / applications
• Voice recognition
• 3D printing or recognition
• Camera recognition
• Animatronics / ROBOTICS

If you have an idea you’d like to pitch to international toy firms like Hasbro, contact Amy Paul on apaul@nbmedia.com.

Continuing our mission to ‘unite the architects of the next generation of play’, the Workshop will bring together leading inventors, distributors and retailers to discover new ideas and make new connections in this innovative industry.

The third annual Inventors Workshop will once again offer an exciting line-up of informative and entertaining conference sessions, kicking off with an inspirational keynote from the inventing bods at Hasbro.
