Hashstash announces same-screen multiplayer game Circulets

Publish date:

Circulets is a unique two-player tabletop game for touch devices that started out as a onegameamonth entry.

Initially developed by Vasu Chaturvedi, Yadu Rajiv and Vidhvat Madan, the project has now moved into full development at Hashstash Studios, with Kinshuk Sunil also joining the development team.

The premise of the game is simple. Circulets, or circles, of different colours appear on screen and each player must drag these circles to their side of the screen before their opponent does.

Rounds last either 30, 60 or 90 seconds, and the player that collects the most circulets wins. Sort of like Hungry Hippos for touch devices.

Circulets is scheduled for release in March for iOS and Android devices, with Blackberry and Windows Phone versions also planned.
