Konami undecided on Hudson 3DS cuts

Hudson’s 3DS line-up may still see the light of day, says Konami.

Reports emerged earlier this week that Hudson Soft had cancelled three 3DS titles – Bomberman 3D, Bonk and Omega Five – after the games were removed from Famitsu’s release schedule.

However, Wired has now received a statement from Konami – which recently acquired Hudson and its portfolio – claiming that no official decision has been made on these products.

If (the announcement) didn’t come from us, it’s not true,” Konami said. We have not distributed any official list of Hudson products yet.”

It was previously suggested the three titles were just some of the projects that may have been cancelled as Konami restructures its newly-acquired studios.
