Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge abandons Wii U exclusivity

Tecmo Koei has announced that Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge is coming to Xbox 360 and PS3.

The move marks an end to the game’s previously Wii U only status. The game itself is already an expansion of existing console title Ninja Gaiden 3.

The re-release, which is due to arrive on both consoles on April 5th, will have even more new content added to it for this latest outing including another 25 missions.

Whether the decision was made as a result of lower than expected sales of the Wii U SKU or was always part of Tecmo Koei’s roadmap is unknown.
