No iCloud for UK until 2012

Apple has yet to sign agreements with record labels to enable the UK launch of the iTunes in the Cloud music service, according to a Telegraph report.

The British Performing Right Society, an association of composers, songwriters and music publishers, told the Telegraph that negotiations were still at a "very early stage."

An unnamed music executive at one of the major music labels said: "no one expects to see the cloud music service live on this side of the pond until 2012."
