Indie hit Octodad: Dadliest Catch will expand its platform stable later this year, as developer Young Horses have announced Wii U and Xbox One editions are in the works.
Both are expected out this summer, with the Wii U version being co-developed by Young Horses and Panic Button Games. Young Horses will also port the game over to Xbox One on their own via Microsoft's ID@Xbox program.
The game has you controlling an understandably clumsy octopus through multiple scenarios where you represent yourself as a normal human father and husband.
Octodad is out now on PlayStation 4, PC, Mac and Linux – where it's already made over $5m in revenue and nearly 500,000 sales. Here's the Xbox announcement video:
