PlayStation Store kicks off festive sale

Several games and DLC are now on sale as part of the PlayStation Store’s festive sale.

Games available on discount include 007 Legends, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater HD, The Amazing Spider-Man, F1 Race Stars and Prototype 2. DLC for Sleeping Dogs is also on sale.

PlayStation Plus subscribers receive additional discount on most games and DLC.

However, several games that are listed on the European PlayStation Blog as being part of the sale are, for reasons unknown, unavailable on the Indian Store, including Deus Ex: Human Revolution, Mini Ninjas, Tomb Raider 2, Rune Factory Oceans, King of Fighters XIII, Under Defeat HD Deluxe Edition, Crazy Taxi, and Men In Black: Alien Crisis. Hitman: Absolution DLC is also missing.

The Indian Store does include One Piece: Pirate Warriors and its DLC though, which isn’t listed on the PlayStation Blog.

While this sale is great news for PS3 owners, there’s no sale on PSP and PS Vita games just yet. Sony has announced that new titles will be added to the sale on 19th December. Let’s hope Sony shows its handhelds some love. The sale ends on 9th January.
