Repair Shop turns attention to games trade

A consumer-facing console repair specialist is shifting its focus to retail.

Repair Shop emerged on the scene last summer. It mends a range of devices, including games consoles, laptops, iPod, mobile phones and more. And now the company is offering its services to retail clients.

We noticed a number of our customers were business within the gaming, computer and mobile phone retail industries,” said Repair Shop trade accounts manager Daniel Jones.

It was a natural step for our business model to offer our services to more of these firms.

Although we are new to this industry, we have grown at a time when it would otherwise be very difficult.

We have heavily invested in the development of our own software and systems to ensure our whole business is efficient and that we can keep offering a consistently high level of customer service as we continue our steady growth.”
