Ridley Scott’s RSA launches VR division

Film production company RSA has announced the formation of a new division dedicated to the creation of VR, AR and mixed media.

RSA was founded by Ridley Scott and Tony Scott in 1968. The new VR division will be headed up by Jen Dennis, who recently collaborated with RSA on its recent The Martian VR experience.

The unit’s first project will be related to the upcoming Alien: Covenant and is being produced in association with Twentieth Century Fox’s FoxNet. David Karlak is the director. Also in production is an episodic series called Blackbox.
