Snapdeal has begun accepting preorders for the PlayStation 4, and like Game4u before it, it’s asking customers to pay a small amount upfront.
Sony is yet to announce the price or release date for the PS4 in India, and while Snapdeal doesn’t list a tentative price, it requires preorder customers to pay Rs 1,999 up front, with the balance to be paid on release.
Game4u requires preorder customers to Rs 3,000 up front, and while it hasn’t listed an estimated release date, Snapdeal has listed a December release window, which is in line with what Playstation India country manager Atindriya Bose said in a recent interview.
