Expanding games publisher Square Enix and online publishing powerhouse Bigpoint have joined forces on a mystery new title.
The game is apparently well into development” at Square Enix and will be published and marketed by Bigpoint in both Europe and North America on Bigpoint’s new portal.
Virtually nothing is known of the new game, other than the fact it will focus on social gameplay and user-generated content.
We’re very excited to have teamed up with Bigpoint who are leaders in browser gaming,” Square Enix Europe CEO Phil Rogers stated. This is the start of both an exciting new project and a strong relationship.”
