There is a new Paris Hilton game on the way

Paris Hilton will be starring in a new mobile video game.

Hong Kong-based development firm Animoca Brands has announced that it has signed a deal with Paris Hilton to licence her name and likeness.

"Paris Hilton is one of the world’s most recognised names and we are thrilled to be able collaborate with her on mobile gaming titles," said Animoca CEO Robby Yung.

"With Paris’ eye for what’s hot in the latest trends, and our experience at making popular mobile games, we are confident that consumers around the world will be receptive to Paris Hilton mobile game and themes."

This isn’t the first time Miss Hilton has starred in a video game. In 2006 she was in Gameloft’s Paris Hilton Jewellery Case.

Hilton is following in the footsteps of Kim Kardashian and Katy Perry with this move into movie gaming. Kim Kardashian’s Hollywood title helped developer see its best ever financial quarter. And of course, Kanye West announced he too was making a video game last month.
