Sega and Sports Interactive have announced a hat-trick of Football Manager releases, all of which are due to find the back of the net by the end of the year.

Football Manager 2016 is the familiar desktop experience, and that's due out on PC and Mac on November 13th.

It will be joined by Football Manager Touch, which is the game most people will be familiar with under the name Football Manager Classic. This will be released not only on high-end tablets but also on PC around Christmas. Cross-save will allow users to continue their progress across desktop and tablet.

Also in line for a festive arrival is Football Manager Handheld, which is the new name for Football Manager Mobile. That's in development for a wide range of iOS and Android devices.

For some time now it's been clear to us that there is no ‘one size fits all' football management experience,” Sports Interactive boss Miles Jacobson said. While a huge number of our fans have the time and dedication required to devote themselves to the ‘full' simulation, there's an equally-large number who prefer a more streamlined option.

Not only that, but the widespread availability of mobile devices means that people are playing in different ways. The introduction of Football Manager Touch as a standalone offering – playable across computer and tablet – means that we now offer something for everyone.”
