Last night's PlayStation 4 reveal in New York gave us the first glimpse of what the next generation of gaming will look like.

Sony showed off glossy first-person shooters and first-person racers, smoky superhero action games, dark RPGs, vibrant puzzle games and platformers – meaning there will be something for everyone when the new console arrives.

Killzone: Shadow Fall

Sony's flagship sci-fi shooter returns and puts players in the role of a Shadow Marshall, the only soldiers capable of keeping the peace between two warring factions. Read more here.


MotorStorm developer Evolution Studios released the first details of its new first-person racer, which focused on team-based gamplay and social media features. Read more here.

InFamous: Second Son

Sucker Punch's superhero series reinvents itself with a new smoke-powered protagonist and a real world settle in the fortified city of Seattle. Read more here.

Deep Down

Capcom's Yoshinori Ono leads work on brand new RPG IP Deep Down (working title), which is the first title to be created with the firm's Panta Rhei engine. Read more here.

Bungie's new sci-fi shooter has been confirmed for both PS3 and PS4, and the developer is currently working on exclusive content for the PlayStation versions.Read more here.
