A trailer for Sony's live-action TV series Powers has been released following its debut at the New York Comic Con.
The series, which features District 9 and Maleficent star Sharlto Copley, is the first of Sony's original PSN programming and will be offered free to PlayStation Plus subscribers.
It's based on the Powers graphic novel from Icon Comics, which sees two detectives investigating cases that involve people with super-powers. It's due to debut in December.
Microsoft was at one stage embarking on a similar programming drive before the decision was made to shut Xbox Entertainment Studios, although production of both Halo: Nightfall and the Halo TV series continues.
