In just eight hours time, Microsoft will be unveiling its new Project Scorpio console to the worldwide games industry, and you can watch the action right here at MCV.
Due to kick off at 10pm in the UK, Microsoft’s E3 press conference is set to be one of the highlights of this year’s show. Not only will we get our first glimpse at its new 4K console, Project Scorpio, but we’ll also hopefully find out its true name (our money is on Xbox One Elite), and more importantly, how much it will cost.
Our editor Seth Barton will be there on the ground to go hands on with the super-powered console as soon as the press conference is over, but we’ll also be covering all the major news announcements here at MCV online as well.
We’re also expecting more news on Crackdown 3, Sea of Thieves, and a new Forza title, hopefully all of which will be excellent showcases for Microsoft’s new machine.
EA also announced a brand-new IP from Bioware yesterday named Anthem, stating that we’ll get a more in-depth look during Microsoft’s press conference, so there’s that to look forward to as well.
