Nintendo has revealed how well its Wii Mini has sold in the Canadian market.
Nintendo of Canada's Communications Manager Matt Ryan told Nintendo World Report that the system has sold 35,700 units since its release on December 7th. It retails for $99.99.
"The Canadian market has reacted positively to the great value the system has to offer, and we are seeing this reflected in the sales numbers," he added.
The unit is a stripped down version of the regular Wii console with a smaller footprint. It lacks internet connectivity and some of the peripheral connection parts seen in its bigger brother.
