Both games fall under Sony's PlayLink banner; out before Christmas

Watford-based publisher Wired Productions has announced two titles for the PS4’s PlayLink range will launch under its banner.

Wordhunters – developed by Thumbfood - is a competitive word game for two to six players which allows you to play in front of famous landmarks around the world, as well as change the language if you want to lose against your brother/sister/dog in French, Italian, German, or Spanish.

Just Deal With It! – created by Super Punk Games - is a collection of card games that can be played locally or online with two to 10 players taking part. It adds in features like team missions and sabotage attacks – involving things like tapping an opponent’s phone, just to make it a bit spicier.

The deal sees Wordhunters being co-published, with the developer handling the digital side of things and Wired handling a physical release. Just Deal With It! also sees a physical release under Wired’s banner. Both games will be out November 14 on PS4.

Leo Zullo, managing director of Wired Productions, said: “We’re delighted to be bringing more broad-reaching content to consumers as part of the PlayLink range for PlayStation® 4 this holiday season, and our commitment to quality titles continues in earnest. With an incredible product pipeline for 2018, 2019 and beyond already confirmed, including The Town of Light for Nintendo Switch, and numerous unannounced titles in development, Wired Productions is moving forward with its growth strategy already achieving above expectations.

“We’re always looking for more partners in distribution as we double down on physical and digital storefronts and are working hard to ensure any gamer that wants to buy our products can do so on or offline in whichever medium they choose.”

Wired previously handled the releases of Victor Vran: Overkill Edition, and is overseeing the release of Grip: Combat Racing in November.
