WWC drops prices on several Activision console titles

With everyone in the mood to increase prices, World Wide CD Roms has announced a drop in prices for several Activision games on Xbox 360 and PS3, including Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.

Modern Warfare 3, which launched at Rs 3,499, now drops to Rs 2,799 on both consoles. The PC has not been released in India.

Other games from the franchise to receive price reductions are Modern Warfare 2, Black Ops and World at War.

The biggest drop in prices, however, are on X-Men: Destiny and GoldenEye 007: Reloaded for PS3, which both drop from Rs 2,799 to Rs 1,499.

WWC recently released Ice Age 4: Continental Drift for Xbox 360 at Rs 1,999, and will release Transformers: Fall of Cybertron on 21st August for Xbox 360 and PS3 for Rs 2,799.

Aside from Activision, WWC also distributes Valve's games in India, and is set to launch Counter-Strike: Global Offensive on 21st August for Rs 699 on PC.
